Delete your account

1. Delete in the app

1. Open the UrGymCoach app and log in.
2. Open the Settings tab in the bottom bar.
3. At the bottom, tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and your subscription with your coach is cancelled.

2. Delete by email

If you can’t get into the app, email [email protected] from the email address you log in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account and data within 30 days and confirm it by email. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

3. What is deleted

• your profile (name, email, profile picture)
• workout, nutrition, bodyweight, measurement, sleep, step and other daily task logs
• progress photos, meal photos and exercise videos
• check-ins and questionnaire answers
• messages you sent
• consent records

4. What is kept and for how long

• Database backups: at most 30 days after deletion.
• A record that the account was deleted (email and coach): up to 3 years, for security and dispute resolution.
• Invoices and billing data: as long as accounting and tax law requires (in Croatia generally 11 years).

5. Coach accounts

Coaches close their account by emailing [email protected]. Their clients’ data is deleted within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
